I am Joy, a Product Designer with over 15 years of design experience for mobile, web, kiosk and, desktop applications.

I graduated in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon and Universidade da Madeira’s dual degree program and worked in various multinational organizations across USA, Europe, Africa and Asia.

I am passionate about understanding and analyzing user behavior and psychology, and using this knowledge to solve complex design challenges that create positive business impact.

Aside from my professional work, I also enjoy exploring new places, turning strangers into friends, photography and cooking.
